The SRC derives its authority from the student body and the school administration, operating within the framework of school rules and regulations.

SRC executives are elected annually by the student body through a free, fair, and transparent election process supervised by school authorities.

Any student in good academic and disciplinary standing is eligible to contest for and vote in SRC elections.

All SRC members are bound by a code of conduct and are subject to disciplinary action for any breach of the Constitution or school rules.

Amendments to the Constitution require a two-thirds majority vote of the SRC and approval from the school administration.
